Hinton Pond Hockey AGM

Hinton Pond Hockey will be holding a Zoom meeting to all interested people on Sunday September 25 at 7:00 PM Hinton time.  We don't expect it to run longer than an hour.  If you have any questions, this is your opportunity to ask.

We will be covering:

• The current status of Pond Hockey (new society)

• Board members

• Budget and costs

• How we operate - on and off the ice

• Questions and answers

 

We really want your input, so we can meet your needs.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

It is STRONGLY advisable if you are new to Zoom to you join a test meeting by going to https://zoom.us/test .  Most difficulties happen when you are new to Zoom and you can use this link anytime.

 

Also, we will be online 30-minutes before the start of the actual Pond Hockey meeting, so you can sign on early and hopefully resolve any issues.

If you are joining with your computer, you can just click https://us04web.zoom.us/j/77826101669 or enter it in your browser if clicking doesn't work.

If you have the Zoom app installed on your device, just launch it and join a meeting.  You will have to enter the meeting id 77826101669 to connect.

​

If you don't have a microphone or webcam, not to worry...you can just type any comments or questions in the Zoom chat once you have joined the meeting.
